We recommend making all filings online. It is quicker and easier than sending in the forms. AND if the Minnesota State government decides to close down again, the website will (should) still work. Where can I get the forms to file in Minnesota?

The PDF forms you can file are in your online account. They are secured by the Minnesota SOS and are not savable. Please make sure to print them out.
